These terms govern your use of HerHorizon. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

HerHorizon provides an AI wellness companion ("Aria") for women navigating perimenopause. Aria is a wellness tool, NOT a substitute for medical advice. Always consult your GP for clinical concerns.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no fraud or spam, no IP infringement, no security interference. You're responsible for activity under your account.

AI outputs

Aria's responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. You're responsible for verifying advice before acting on it. AI outputs are not medical advice. Don't input content you don't have rights to.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe Payments. Stripe acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders, handles billing-related customer service, and processes returns. See Stripe's End User Terms.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime in the app from the Account page.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, non-payment, fraud risk, or repeated violations.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the previous 12 months. We exclude indirect, consequential or special damages.
