We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If HerHorizon isn't right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund, email hello@herhorizon.net and we'll arrange it within 5 working days.

Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund — request one within the 30-day window if you need it.
