HerHorizon ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed through this app.

What we collect

• Account: email, password hash, display name
• Intake & chat: your answers, photos (optional), conversations with Aria
• Usage: device, IP, basic telemetry for security and product improvement

Why we collect it

To deliver your personalised plan, run the Aria chat, prevent fraud, and improve the service. Legal basis: contract performance and legitimate interests.

Who we share with

• Stripe Payments (Merchant of Record) for payments, billing and tax compliance
• Hosting and AI providers acting as processors
• Authorities where legally required

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within 60 days of account closure (unless we need to keep it for legal reasons).

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted with role-based controls.
